Who writes this
This site is written by two people and checked by a third. We publish who does what because a compliance publication that will not say who is behind it has a credibility problem before the first sentence.
Marguerite Devlin — Editor
Registration standing, enforcement record, corrections
Marguerite spent eleven years in provincial regulatory affairs before moving to publishing, most of it reading standards documents that were not written to be read. She maintains this site's copy of the iGO register, checks it against the published directory monthly, and writes the compliance sections of every operator page. She is the reason this site refuses to list an unregistered operator as an option, over the objections of everyone who has looked at the traffic those pages would earn.

Banking, bonus terms, operator assessments
Aleksander covers the cashier, which is where most of the difference between registered operators actually lives. He reads the terms and conditions in full before writing about an offer, which is slow and unglamorous and catches the expiry clock that the marketing page leaves out. He writes the assessment on each operator page.

Fact-checking, sign-off
Priya checks every figure against its source before publication and signs off the monthly register reconciliation. Nothing changes on an operator page without her reading the change against the underlying record first.
What we will not put our names to
We do not write first-person accounts of tests we did not run. We do not publish an operator assessment written by that operator. We do not accept payment to change a score, and we do not remove a caveat because someone asked politely. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.
Corrections and complaints go to the corrections page, which carries every change we have made since launch with its date.
